Ceejay Systems (SV) Ltd have three different types of top deck transporter bodies:-

Fixed Bed Transporter Body with 1500kg Top Deck

Chassis range suitable 7.5 ton to 10 ton.

The top deck is front pivoted with a double acting hydraulic cylinder with a failsafe automatic lock. The deck can be supplied either with durbar floor or slotted transporter decking. An 8000lb electric winch is mounted to the top deck swing arm which feeds to the top deck via a roller.

The lower deck has a twin angle to aid low ground clearance cars. Steel pull out ramps with flip over light housings hinge down to access ramp stowage. Aluminium cheese wedge ramps are optional for low spoilered cars.

Slide Bed Top Deck 2000kg Capacity

Chassis range suitable 10 ton upwards

This is a front pivoted top deck with a geared flow divider to balance the cylinders. Manifolded check valves are built in to the cylinders in case of a hydraulic hose failure. Manual safety locks are standard with air override optional. Minimum slide bed capacity 4 ton.

 

Slide Bed Flat to Floor Top Deck 2500kg Capacity

Chassis range suitable 13 ton upwards

This has a front guide frame with a roller track to guide the front of the body on to the lower deck. The deck is held in the up position with two rotary hydraulic cam locks with check valves. The lift cylinders are below the side rave of the top deck in the lowered position. This is a major benefit when loading and off loading cars with a fork lift.  The rams are also guard with heavy duty steel covers to protect the ram rods. There are also two rear steel rollers on the knife edge to guide the top deck along the lower deck. This is in addition to the safety design built in to the front pivoted to deck above. Minimum body capacity 5000kg.
